Hi! I'm Patricia Tully!

I completed my MA in Clinical Mental Health in 2023. Shortly before graduation, I realized I wanted to work directly in clients’ homes helping them gently let go of the patterns and possessions that have built up while they’ve been managing mental or physical health challenges.

I’m kind, empathetic, and affirming, and I’m also steady and efficient with the hands-on work. Many clients choose me because of my counseling background and afterward tell me they felt safe because I don’t judge their space (or their situation).

Over time, some clients’ environments worsen due to years or even decades of holding on while trying to survive. That often comes with embarrassment, guilt, isolation, and a mix of difficult emotions. I help clients move through those feelings, at a pace that feels right, so they can finally regain control and create a space that supports their life.

Some of the first things I tell new clients are simple: I’ve seen worse, their resources have likely been going toward survival, it makes sense that things became neglected, and they don’t have to do this alone. With support and a clear plan, things can begin to feel manageable again.

I take pride in helping people feel safe, comfortable, and happy in their spaces. Organizing is more than “tidying;" it’s understanding what’s behind the clutter and creating momentum clients can keep. I’m honored to support my clients as they make real progress, and I’m genuinely proud of what they’re able to change.
